A copy of these standards are available to view. Pembroke Lodge was built in the late 1800's and is situated in the pleasant surroundings in the Pwllycrochan conservation area of Colwyn Bay. The promenade is just half a mile away, close by are local shops, churches, clubs, pubs & restaurants as well as excellent transport facillities & lnks.
