We are a specialist domiciliary care service that is registered with the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) and have recently been recognised as an Investor in People. We also belong to the Association for Supported Living (ASL), a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the continuous improvement of supported living services for people with learning disabilities.Families and service-users are actively involved in the development of our services: individuals are encouraged to help with the recruitment of new members of staff, have choice as to who becomes their Key Workers, regularly attend reviews and can comment on the quality of the service, which is open for regular inspection. Our care team receives quality training and everyone is mentored on a one-to-one basis.
